Solutions from real administrative and operational practice.

Montfort Systems develops everything from focused automation tools to rule-based specialist platforms. Real processes, their exceptions and the requirements for data, permissions, evidence and secure operation are the starting point.

Project 01

A specialist platform for care, administration and operations.

Project partner: Eltern-Kind-Zentrum Feldkirch

Starting point: Registration, place allocation, care, fees, payments, staff, funding and records are interconnected in daily operations. Location-specific rules, professional exceptions and legal requirements need to be considered in a traceable way.

Solution: A multi-tenant platform connects the parent area, work at individual locations and organisation-wide administration in a shared data model. Roles, versioned rules, audit trails and separate sensitive data areas provide the basis for automated suggestions and controlled decisions.

Status: The system is a real development project. Significant parts of the data model, specialist modules and automated checks have been implemented. Production launch remains subject to professional approvals, legal and privacy review, and a secured operating environment.

Covered in the project

  • Registration, place offers and capacity planning in half-hour intervals
  • Care schedules, absences, additional care time and parent access
  • Rates, fees, invoices, SEPA runs and family accounts
  • Funding administration, records and cash-basis accounting
  • Staff records, staffing plans, rotas and classifications
  • Protected observation and development documentation
  • Tenants, roles, devices, audit logs and versioned legal sources

Project 02

Generate recurring payslips consistently.

Starting point: Recurring documents must be produced from existing staff and payroll data. Manual transfer takes time and can lead to inconsistent output.

Solution: An automation reads the specified data, processes it according to defined rules and produces the required documents consistently. Error cases remain visible and can be checked before further use.

Practical use: The approach has been implemented in different operational environments, including Eltern-Kind-Zentrum Feldkirch and an events organisation. Confidential staff and payroll data is not published on the website.

What this project shows

Even a limited process repeated each month can be a valuable digitalisation project. Stable inputs, clear validation rules and traceable output are essential.

Project 03

Provide payment data as a validated XML file.

Starting point: Payment or direct-debit data is available in structured form but needs to be converted into an exactly defined XML format for import into a banking system.

Solution: A tool validates the relevant details, generates the XML structure and provides a reviewable file for import into George. This removes repeated manual transfer of individual payment details.

Security principle: Technical generation does not replace professional approval. Totals, recipients, due dates and the generated file can be checked before bank import.

Transferable benefit

The same pattern applies to other specialist systems: structured source data, defined validation rules and a documented target format. This makes error-prone transfers between tools manageable.
