Initially available for our own, individually provided IT services with a place of supply in Austria. Redeemable by individuals resident in Austria and businesses for their Austrian establishment. Hardware, third-party costs, automated downloads and SaaS subscriptions are excluded.

What happens after my enquiry?
You receive an individual offer stating the total price, together with the full terms as a PDF. A paid contract is concluded only when you expressly accept the offer by email. An enquiry does not trigger payment or issue a voucher. Payment is by bank transfer, with free digital delivery within two working days of full payment.
How can the credit be redeemed?
For services provided by Montfort Systems and agreed in advance. Paid credit can cover the full cost of the agreed service up to the available balance; any remaining credit is retained. If the agreed scope exceeds the balance, the additional amount is agreed in advance. Third-party costs such as hosting, licences or hardware are excluded.
How long is the voucher valid, and can I withdraw?
Valid for 30 years from issue, with no administration fee. Transferable within the eligible Austrian recipient group; partial redemption and remaining credit are supported. Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase concluded by email. Redemption starts after the withdrawal period; you may give the PDF as a gift before then.
Is this referral credit or a grant?
No. A digital gift voucher is purchased credit to give as a gift. It is tracked separately from referral credit and is not subject to its percentage redemption limit. It is not a government grant either.
Can I download a valid voucher immediately?
You can download the design sample directly. It is not redeemable. Valid digital gift vouchers are prepared individually on enquiry; this page does not issue voucher codes.
